A Life in Transition

A typical day at Haerfest can range, but there are a lot of transitions throughout the day. We start off the day with a kick off at our WeWork location, where the team focuses on getting on the same page. From there we coordinate and handle emails ranging from customer service to press/sample requests.

We get multiple orders a day so we stop by the warehouse to oversee the fulfillment and shipping. Of course having conversations with our community is incredibly important, so we take breaks to step out, have lunch / coffee, and even take the time to shoot some products and meet with other creatives and influencers to add content to our schedule.

We’re a small and an incredibly mobile team so outside of the office we find ourselves working from home, hotels, airports, cafes, and community work spaces. To stay connected and on schedule we use slack, google hangouts, and latergram to do the planning.
