The most fun and affordable way to receive an accessory for on the go. This could be anything – mystery size, style, and color. The Standard Mystery Box is guaranteed to contain at least $150 worth of original, high quality tech accessory products.
Premium Mystery Box
This box includes some of our most popular bags. It's definitely our best deal yet. The value is guaranteed to be up to $250. Quantities are very limited. The mystery items will include the best everyday essential items that we know will be handy for your WFH and Safe Commute.

What is a Mystery Box?
A Mystery Box contains one or more carefully selected items that come in a variety of colors, sizes, and styles. They could be from out-of-stock and out-of-season collections, or perhaps they are made from sample materials available to us. Take a chance and let us surprise and delight you.
Why Mystery Boxes?
We make many handmade products in our workshop, in the process we make samples during product development. Other times there might be a minor mark or scuff, or perhaps we have products leftover in a material we've discontinued. Our Mystery Boxes are special in that they may include styles and colors that we don’t offer anywhere else.
Can I choose any specific item(s) or collection?
Unfortunately not… All mystery items are carefully selected based on styles and color availability. We cannot guarantee any specific style, or that the box will not include duplicate product colors or designs.
Can I return or exchange with a different item?
All mystery items are FINAL SALE. They cannot be exchanged or returned.

Premium mystery box
I received the Apollo Satchel, a passport holder and mask strap (no mask). I love all of the items and they were worth the wait (it took almost 2 week to receive in California).

The mystery box was a birthday gift for my daughter. She absolutely loved it ! She had the look of sheer delight and amazement opening gift after gift after gift . How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $150 within the US.
Otherwise it's anywhere from $5 to $19 depending on what you order and where it's going.
International orders are set at a Flat Rate of $19 for smaller goods and $69 for larger goods. This includes tracking and insurance.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! All international orders are subject to review and credit verification before shipment. In order to expedite such verification process, we encourage our international customers to use trusted transaction services such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Afterpay.
Will I be taxed or charged with customs duty or fees?
Customs duties may be charged depending upon the country in which you reside. We are not responsible for payment of such duty.
Can I return or exchange the international order?
Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Product Care
Leather naturally distresses with use, and variations of the material are expected. To ensure the longevity and beauty, please follow these care guidelines.
1. Avoid prolonged exposure to liquids and extreme elements.
2. Regularly sweep the leather with a lint-free, soft cloth.
3. Let water stains dry naturally. When fully dry, wipe with a lint-free soft cloth.
4. Treat stains immediately with a high-quality leather cleaner.
5. Never run over stains and always spot test in an inconspicuous area before treatment.
6. After use, refill interior with tissue paper and store in a dust bag.
Warranty
Haerfest branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing functional defects and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
